A waterfront home reorganised around a curved wine cellar and a new open-plan living wing. A continuous threshold of stone and steel-framed glass extends the plan into a sheltered terrace and pool.
The cellar anchors the centre of the home as a sculptural object; materials are restrained and tactile — limewashed walls, pale European oak floors, honed stone benches.
